AI Training Data

There are 5 different types of AI Training Data that you can upload.

Think of AI Training Data as your AI Employees knowledgebase, or database.

It contains everything it knows, and you can keep adding to it based on your customers interactions.

Most people will want to train the bot on their website, as well as any help docs that you have for your customers.

Once you provide a root domain...e.g. google.com, the AI Employee will scan every single page connected to that domain. 

Then, if you click on the green "X number of pages processed", you'll be able to see all the pages.

You're going to want to de-select any pages you don't want the AI Employee to be trained on. So make sure you check all URL's carefully. Especially if you have any hidden pages for your team, that shouldn't be customer facing. 

Also make sure that you're only giving the AI Employee pages that have content. If you provide a bunch of blank pages, or menu pages without any real information, it will slightly slow your bot down.  This doesn't matter for live chat or text, but it will matter for voice, when you want almost instant communication.
