Import contacts via CSV

From the Contacts/Database screen, in the top right, you'll see "Import".

You can either upload "Contacts" with basic data, but if you want to use custom fields, then you will need to create a form with all the information you plan to import, then in the "Import Contacts" screen, you'll be able to select the form from the dropdown, and map the fields.
