Create an AI Employee from scratch (custom)

When you choose custom, as opposed to templates, you're prompted with "Conversation goals" and "Conversation purpose", and you can choose from the popular options, or choose custom and write your own.

 

Once you then go through the simple steps of naming the AI Employee, you'll then be faced with a completely blank AI Employee, and you should start by creating your own conversation stages and adding content to your overall prompt.
