Build custom follow up sequences

To build custom follow up sequences, we'll use Automation flows.

In the flow builder, make the trigger "Meeting Scheduled".

Choose the correct Booker

 

Now build out your flow.

E.g. We'll create an immediate appointment confirmed email, then setup a reminder sequence.

Step 1 - Send Email (appointment confirmation)

Step 2 - Wait Till Specific Date (-1 Day)

Step 3 - Send Email (24hr reminder)

Step 4 - Wait until specific date (-2 hours)

Step 5 - Send Email (2hr reminder)

Step 6 - Send SMS

Step 7 - Wait until specific date (-5 minutes)

Step 8 - Send Email

Step 9 - Send SMS
