How to embed a form in my website?

Once you've created and saved a form, in the top right you'll see "Integration Instructions".

Wnen you click on that a popup appears with 3 options.

Make sure you click on "Embed Code" and then click the "Copy To Clipboard" button.

In your 3rd party website builder, paste the code into a custom code block.
