How to create an inbox

Click on "Inbox" in the left sidebar and click on "Inboxes" on the top nav.

Then click on "+ Add Inbox".

You'll see several options available, but Sendgrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Twilio & Plivo will only work if you've already integrated them in Settings > Integrations.

Assuming you've already integrated the communication channel, select which one you want to create an inbox for and follow the on screen instructions.

Next, you can click "Submit" and your inbox has been created.
