Testing AI Employees
Once you've created your AI Employee, it's vital to test it with a variety of scenarios, using the web chat in the "Edit & Test" tab, or having it call you, by clicking "Start A Test Call".
Do not, under any circumstances, launch an AI to your leads and customers without testing it with at least 10 different fictitious scenarios.
