Set up the web chat widget

Setting up the AI Employee to communicate via live chat/web widget is fairly straight forward.

Click on "AI Employees" in the left sidebar.

Next, click on the specific AI Employee that you wish to enable live chat for.

Then click on "Web Widget" on the top nav.

From there, you can customize the icon, avatar, company name, AI Employee name, color scheme and more.

Once you click "Enable" at the bottom, you'll get a JS snippet you can copy to any web page, and your AI Employee will be able to assist your leads/customers.
