Using Pipelines To Monitor Sales Process
Think of each stage of your sales process, and each product that a customer can buy.
Then build it out into a Sales Pipeline and use that to monitor business performance.
E.g. Your sales process might look something like this:
Then build flows, so that when the specific thing happens that would cause them to move into each column happens, they're automatically moved.
E.g.
Form Submission > Create Pipeline Item "Lead"
Booked Appointment > Create Pipeline Item "Booked Appointment"
