How to create and use canned responses

Canned responses can be created and used in the inbox by using the / key.

To create a new Canned Response, navigate to the "Inbox" and then at the top of the screen, click on "Canned Responses"

Top right, click on "+ Add Canned Response"

 

You can use merge fields in your canned responses, and use them in the inbox by typing / and using the short code.
