Form Conditional Logic (Simple)

When you create a form, you can use simple conditional logic by hovering your cursor over the field and clicking on the gear icon.

Next, go to the "Conditional" tab.

Focusing purely on the simple logic, you can show/hide fields based on the input in other fields.
