Redirect on form submission

1. Create your form.

2. Click on "Settings" in the top left corner.

3. Change "Show A Message" 

to "Redirect to another URL".

4. Input the URL you want to redirect form submissions to.

5. Click save at the bottom of the screen.

6. Click save at the top right and give the form a name.
