How to automate follow up sequences

The easiest way via email is to go to the specific booker, then go to "Meeting Event Options".

Scroll down to the bottom and toggle on/off the notifications that you want to send.

To email people that have booked an appointment with reminders, toggle the "Reminder" off and on again and you'll see an +Add button appear, which will allow you to easily setup reminder emails.
