Creating AI Employees Using Templates

Click AI Employees on the left sidebar.

If this is your first AI Employee, you'll automatically be prompted by the AI Employee setup, if you've already created one, just click on "+AI Employee" in the top right and you'll get the AI Employee setup to appear.

 

The templates have been designed to help you get setup quickly, but you might need to adjust the conversation stages based on testing your AI Employee.

After all, everyone has slightly different use cases.
