Save/Load email template

Templates are only available for the HTML editor.

Drag the "Send Email" flow step onto the canvas.

Click on "Edit Email" at the bottom of the right sidebar menu.

Then click on "Visual Email Builder"

Top right of the Visual Email Builder, you'll see "Load Saved Template" and "Save".
